Zende is the adopted son of Kristen Forrester and Antonio Dominguez. Paris is the daughter of Reese Buckingham and Grace Buckingham. She is the younger sister of Zoe Buckingham.
Beginnings[]
Zende and Paris met in Forrester Creations. Paris immediately developed a crush on Zende. Some time later they started dating. At first Zende was more interested in Zoe Buckingham, Paris's sister, but that changed fast. Zoe was jealous of their new relationship even if she herself was engaged to Carter Walton at the time. She wanted Paris to leave Forrester Creations and Los Angeles, but Paris decided to stay against her sister's wishes. Zoe tried to get with Zende behind Carter's back, but he rejected her and decided to stay loyal to Paris. Carter found out and left Zoe and Paris continued to see Zende.
Dating[]
Paris and Zende were having a lot of romantic dates, but when Paris temporarily moved in with Steffy Forrester and her husband Finn Finnegan she became infatuated with Finn. Nothing came out of it and Paris still continued to date Zende. At first Zende wanted to take things slow with Paris and she was okay with it. At one point everything changed and Zende planned a proposal. He asked Quinn Forrester to design a special engagement ring for Paris. Quinn told Carter Walton about Zende's surprised for Paris and Carter informed Paris about it. Paris thanked Carter for letting her know because she could tell Zende that she isn't ready for marriage because he even proposed. Zende was heartbroken, but accepted Paris's decision. He also said "yes" for them seeing other people. Zende invited a Forrester model for a date, but didn't hide it from Paris. She on the other hand started seeing Carter Walton behind Zende's back. Carter was a good friend of Zende's. Paris continued to kiss and have sex with Carter in secret until Carter broke things off with her.
Break up[]
Paris told Zende that down the line her feelings have changed. Zende accepted Paris's decision to split and said that he is still grateful for their time together. He asked her she's breaking up with him because something is missing or because of someone else. Paris confessed that it's because of her feelings for Carter which shocked the young Forrester.
Zende helping Paris[]
Zende was heartbroken when Paris told him that she is marrying Carter all of a sudden, but he agreed to come to the wedding. During the ceremony Quinn Fuller appeared and told Carter that she and Eric are over and she loves him. Carter left Paris at the altar to be with Quinn. Zende was comforting Paris and even invited her to a party that his grandfather Eric Forrester hosted at his home.
