Scott Turner Schofield is a transgender male performer.He has toured around the world performing his one-person shows "Underground TRANSit", "Debutante Balls", and "Becoming a Man in 127 EASY Steps" since 2001. In May of 2015, he debuted as the recurring role of Nick on The Bold and the Beautiful, as the supportive transgender friend of Maya Avant, a character revealed to also be transgender. Schofield became the first openly transgender actor to play a major role in a soap opera.
