Storylines[]
Mateo first appears in 2017, and he starts working at Forrester Manor. Sheila Carter wanted to be the wife of Eric Forrester again, but he was married to Quinn Fuller. After Quinn betrayed Eric with Ridge Forrester and Eric forgave her on the betrayal, Sheila believed that Quinn would not remain loyal to Eric for a long time, and therefore Sheila pays to Mateo a lot of money in order to seduce Quinn and cause her to betray Eric again, but Sheila's plan fails because Quinn rejects Mateo's courtship and she remains loyal to Eric.
