Elizabeth Nicole "Lizzy" Forrester is the daughter of Rick Forrester and Maya Avant.  She was born on May 17, 2016. Nicole Avant is biologically the mother, as she was the surrogate mother for Lizzy. Lizzy is named after her paternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Henderson Logan, who died in 2010 from drowning. She also has the namesake of her legal aunt, Nicole Avant.

Rick along with Maya fight with Nicole in 2017 when Nicole is told by her doctor she may never be able to have any more children and her father Julius stepped forward and told Nicole to take Lizzy back from Maya and Rick. But in the end Nicole signed the adoption papers, giving Rick and Maya Lizzy outright. Lizzy is officially the daughter of Rick and Maya Forrester.
