Elizabeth Nicole "Lizzy" Forrester is the daughter of Rick Forrester and Maya Avant. She was born on May 17, 2016. Nicole Avant is biologically the mother, as she was the surrogate mother for Lizzy. She's Brooke Logan Forrester's and Eric Forrester's granddaughter from her father side and Vivienne Avant's and Julius Avant's granddaughter from her mothers side. Lizzy is named after her paternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth "Beth" Henderson, who died in 2010 from drowning. She also has the namesake of her legal aunt and biological mother, Nicole Avant. Lizzie has one deceased half sibling Eric Forrester III. Rick along with Maya fight with Nicole in 2017 when Nicole is told by her doctor she may never be able to have any more children and her father Julius Avant stepped forward and told Nicole to take Lizzy back from Maya and Rick. But in the end Nicole signed the adoption papers, giving Rick and Maya Lizzy outright. Lizzy is officially the daughter of Rick and Maya Forrester. Lizzie's parents divorced. Her current whereabouts aren't explained on the show. She might be currently staying in Paris.

Lizzie travelled from Paris to Los Angeles with her mother after their parents divorce where she stayed with her mother and the rest of the family for a while. At some point Maya and Lizzie disappeared from the screen and their current situation is not discussed by other characters.
