Kylie Tyndall is an American actress, best known for her roles in City of Angels (1998) and The Bold and the Beautiful (1987). Kylie has three sisters and one brother. Her twin sister Keaton Tyndall portrayed Phoebe Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful while she portrayed Phoebe's identical twin sister Steffy Forrester on the show.
