Julie was a spy, hired by Bill Spencer Sr., to go undercover at Spectra Fashions to infiltrate them. She began an affair with Clarke Garrison before writing a tell all book about him and threatened to publish it. She gave the book to Sally Spectra in the hopes Sally would kick Clarke out.
