Taylor was portrayed by Hunter Tylo and Grant by Charles Grant. In 1996 Eric Forrester decided to hire Grant as a designer. Grant had to travel from New York to Los Angeles. When he arrived in LA he reconnected with his old flame Taylor. Taylor and Grant were dating while they were attending university and he really wanted to get her back. Taylor was single, but her heart belonged to Ridge Forrester however she agreed to go on a date with him and the two shared some romantic time and kisses.
