Charlie is a security guard at Forrester Creations and Pam is a receptionist at the same company. She's also the younger sister of the legendary Stephanie Forrester. This pairing is a comical relief type of couple on B&B as their scenes are often really funny and adorable.
Flirt (2013)[]
In October 2013 Pam started flirting with Charlie. They both realized that they have a lot in common. Both of them loved baking. Soon they spent Thanksgiving together and they shared a kiss.
Charlie protecting Pam (2014)[]
When Charlie noticed that Pam and Quinn Fuller are becoming friends he told his girlfriend that Quinn and her son Wyatt Spencer stole "the hope for the future diamond". Quinn explained the situation to Pam and begged her to stop Charlie from spilling the beans to anyone. Pam agreed, but she and Charlie told Liam Spencer anyway. In March 2014 Charlie told Aly Forrester that Wyatt stole the diamond and his mother is covering for him. To make things even more interesting in September Charlie found proof that Quinn pushed Ivy Forrester to the seine river so Liam would save her and be late for his meeting with Hope Logan. That day Hope thought that Liam broke his promise after disappointing her numerous times and she married Quinn's son instead. Charlie and Pam told Liam, Ivy and the rest of the family the truth.
Pam and Charlie uncover a secret... Or two. (2015)[]
Pam and Charlie continued dating and they were very happy so when John Forrester flirted with Pam during a family party Charlie was very jealous however it wasn't anything serious and they remained happy and together. In March Pam overheard Maya Avant arguing with her sister Nicole Avant. They mentioned Maya's secret. When Pam told Charlie about it they both wanted to know what is the whole secret. When Maya left her purse in Rick Forrester's office Pam looked inside her purse and found estrogen. Charlie came to a conclusion that Maya must be a transgender person. Soon it came out that Charlie was right and Maya was in fact transgender. In October 2015 Pam and Charlie find out that Caroline Spencer II is pregnant.
More problems with Quinn (2016)[]
When Rick Forrester asked Charlie to check the security camera recording to see who damaged his car on the parking Charlie spotted that Quinn and Liam had a heated argument, Liam collapsed, Quinn packed him into her car and left. Charlie decided to show it to Wyatt. He confronts his mother, but Quinn tells him that she tried to get Liam to the hospital however he regained consciousness and left. Charlie wanted to make an investigation however Wyatt asked him to not tell a soul just to find out that Charlie was right to be worried when he caught her mother and Liam kissing. Wyatt realized that Quinn used Liam's amnesia to keep him in her home so he could marry Liam's ex wife Steffy Forrester. Quinn even made Liam believe that she's his wife. Charlie and Pam were shocked when Eric Forrester started dating Quinn despite her criminal past, but when Eric announced that he is marrying Quinn they agreed to help with preparing the wedding party. Eric collapsed because his family didn't accept his wife and it made him emotional. Pam and Charlie wanted to visit Eric at the hospital, but Quinn didn't let them in. Despite the drama with Eric and Quinn Pam and charlie have great fun at the Halloween party and also spend another thanksgiving at the Forrester Mansion together. In December 2016 Pam and Charlie helped to decorate Eric's home for Christmas.
