Biography[]
Charlie is Rick Forrester's friend from college. In February 2001, Forrester meets his friends whom he introduces to his girlfriend, Amber Moore. In March 2001, Charlie meets Rick's mother Brooke Logan, who wants to separate her son from Amber at all costs. He decides to give Rick another girl. Charlie decides to help a woman put her plan into practice. The boy films the kiss of Rick and his friend Amanda Wexler. She then sends Brooke photos, who hopes her son will leave Amber after this situation.
