Hope Logan is the daughter of Brooke Logan and Deacon Sharpe. She is currently portrayed by Annika Noelle. Carter is the COO at Forrester Creations. He is also an adoptive brother of Marcus Forrester who is Hope's biological cousin. Carter is portrayed by Lawrence Saint-Victor.
Carter suggested to Hope to join the lingerie line as a model. He also has told her he has imagined her in lingerie on some occasions.
The pair continue to flirt with each other as time goes on. Hope asks Carter about his relationship with her aunt Katie. He tells her that they didn't work out because of Katie's relationship and lingering feelings for Bill. The pair share their first kiss after trying to avoid each other and not give into temptation with each other. The duo have had a few kisses over the course of a couple days. Carter is worried when he see's Hope spending time with her ex husband Liam Spencer and their daughter Beth. Liam wants to get back with Hope, but she rejects his advances and informs Carter that he was one of the reasons why she can't get back with her ex. Hope is pleasantly surprised when Carter starts defending her fashion line when Steffy Forrester wants to cut it. After it happened Steffy accused Hope of manipulating Carter and using him to save her line.
