Baby Boy Grainger was the stillborn son of the late Dr. Scott Grainger and Sheila Carter.
Background[]
His mother Sheila arrives in town being a Nurse and is jealous of his father Scott marriage and drugged him and slept with him when Scott was married to Lauren Fenmore and Lauren slept with Scott around the same time as Sheila did and Lauren founds she pregnant and decided to tells Scott but also heard Sheila was pregnant too with Scott child and the two women feud over Scott and Sheila revealed Scott the father of her child and a pregnant Lauren is heartbroken over the news while Scott was in total shock.
His parents Scott and Sheila grew close while his marriage to Lauren fell apart and they divorced and his parents got married .
Storyline[]
His mother Sheila goes into labor early and his father Scott was nowhere to be found and Sheila had to deliver him but unfortunately he wasn't breathing when he was born nor crying was told he was stillborn leaving Sheila heartbroken and she feared His Father Scott would leave her if he found out.
His mother Sheila goes crazy and contact a black market seller that had a baby and doesn't want the baby and so Sheila takes the baby boy and finds out Lauren gave birth to her and his father Scott's alive and healthy baby boy Scotty Grainger Jr. .
While Lauren was recovering from giving birth his mother Sheila sneaks into the hosptial and switches the babies and his mother Sheila took his paternal-half brother Scotty Grainger Jr. and the black market baby boy was given to Lauren and she named him Dylan Lawrence.
After months of his mother Sheila raising his brother Scotty as her own son with his father Scott and Lauren not knowing Scotty was her actual son then Lauren "son" Dylan died of bacterial meningitis at few months old.
Lauren grief turns into anger when she discovered that his mother Sheila stole her son Scotty and raised him this whole time while Dylan was a black market baby his mother Sheila got from the seller and that his mother Sheila gave birth to Scott stillborn in secret.
After the baby switch came out his father Scott died of terminal illness at very young aged leaving Sheila and Lauren heartbroken by his death.
