I am going to say no. I have been watching Y&R and B&B since I was 16. I'll be 42 in a couple of weeks, however, I've been known to stop watching for a couple of years.. but I have been watching now for almost a year straight again and based on the current storyline I'd have to say NO.. I remember back when Bill was Brad Carlton on the Y&R and Katie Logan was the original Victoria Newman on Y&R.. which I must say I STILL can't get on board with the actress playing Victoria Newman now. She has no emotion in her. Her eyes have nothing behind them at all. Heather Tom as Victoria Newman all of those years to this chic is just not doing any justice for a core character. I have a hard time believing they can't find another female with the ability to be dramatic and emotional. Hell! Do the producers watch The Bachelor?? Those women get all emotional over some dude they met an hour ago and they're willing to do it for free! I hope someone from the show sees this and agrees with me!

Bill was never married to, and never pursued a relationship with, Taylor. To be honest I would have expected that to happen, but it's fair to say Bill blew that out the window by trying to ruin the life of her best friend.
